FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders under the value of £99 net (Ex VAT) will include a £4.95 delivery charge. Any orders over £99 will be free delivery within mainland UK. International & Overseas orders will be priced on telephone or email request. DPD is currently our leading carrier.
Embroidery files would be preferred in formats such as pdf, .eps, jpeg or tiff. For Vinyl Printing we require an .eps, tiff or ai file. Please ensure that the logo you send over is Hi-Resolution.
Add the promo code into the discount box at basket and press apply or alternatively quote the discount code through phone and email.
We don’t offer an express service as of yet but are looking to move forward with this in the future.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and upon request you can apply for a trade account.
When the payment is fully cleared, the standard orders will take approximately 7-14 working days. Expected delivery times will vary during busy periods, this will be addressed promptly if there is any concern with your order.
Each brand will have its own size guide although they measure up very similar. Contact us if you have any concerns regarding sizing or you would prefer to visit us and try on some garments.
Samples of all products are available, they are initially charged in full but can either be used in a future order or returned without a restocking charge. Samples of the embroidery logo can also be created on request, please email for further information regarding this.
All prices include a 10,000-stitch count embroidery up to 15 colours or a 1 colour vinyl print in 1 position. Contact us for a quote on larger stitch counts or multiple colour vinyl print.
